Road Riders 180mm 45*

Almost two years ago we rode the Bruko 50 Free during our trip between Slovakia and Czech Republic . The board holded up extremely well and we could skate anything that we ran into: sidewalks, parks and hills. Back to Italy we spoke a lot with Bruko about the shape of the deck and finally they came up with a new symmetric, more functionnal model, the Wooland. we mesured it: L 96cm W 23cm WB (inner holes) 46 cm old school truck mounting We rode it on Independent 169, bones hardcore medium bushing, and Retro Freeride 86a / Orangatang Fat free 86a. an Earthwing Crewzer 38 and the Wooland 40 side to side The finishing and the handcrafted details are beautiful, the kicks rise gently and are less steep that the classic street decks. This allows a good pop with larger wheels. The wheel wells are deep and fit pretty good with the Indys, the concave is deep enough to lock the feet while sliding (also thanks to the sharp rails) but it's...

Rome, Bologna, Vienna, Bratislava, Nitra, Prague, Kozakov, Strasbourg, Paris, Bilbao. Hard to ride this deck again after all the cities it visited, Rut gave it a second life as an artwork!

Depending on your style, this board can handle anything! Quite agile in the pool, yet stable bombing a hill (the 19"wb makes it sketchy but fun!). The nose and the tail are less steep than a common street deck to have a nice pop even with bigger wheels. Sliding and freeriding is extrimely fun and easy: I could work on my stand ups and find my stance as soon as I stepped on the board. May add some rising pad to skate loose but the wheel wells still do their job, matching perfectly with the indys. I'm currently running a set of Independent 169 trucks, Abec11 retro freeride 86a / 3dm cambria 62mm 78a.

The RoDB* crew experienced the first full-sun weekend ever in the whole history of the Wallonhill editions! This summer many riders from Paris had some fun dh sessions in Dampleux, not so far from the french capital. The spot is fast and narrow, running through a wood, and a rider was closing the road at the end of the spot just the time of each run. We had then a full track, could take the best lines and learn how to skate in packet groups.   Last summer my brother and I had a trip around Slovakia and Czech Republic, skating, meeting people and finally got to Kozakov to watch the IGSA race. I hope it's not too late to show you some footage... Here's the first episode,filmed in Nitra, Slovakia. 6am, Wein after 17 hours of bus a nice spot on the hills of Nitra Bruko Boards and La Ola gave us two nice decks for the trip, check out their sites.

During the winter holidays we had some warm, sunny day in Italy, so my brother and I took the chance and rode some hill. Here's a raw run, with a small bonus on how I lost a wheel!

I've been working on this video during my spare time all summer long and finally I can say it worthed waiting. At the beginning I was filming anytime I could and collecting random footage I really didn't know what to do with. But then I though that the perfect "glue" that could hold all together were the friendship and the good moments spent in a city: Paris. Longoarding made me meet nice people who are passioned for film and we shooted just for fun... now I want to thank them all! But while I was trying to edit the clip, something really interesting happened. I showed my project to my brother, who told me that a good sound was needed, and he maybe had an idea. That's how I met The Marphoi Project , who was able to match up the perfect sound in some days. The hardest part was to communicate via email and wait for new details, but finally everything was cool. I hope to collaborate again with him, and all the people that helped me in this project. Mauro Conti è uno shaper che realizza tavole su misura. Quest'estate ho avuto il piacere di provare un suo modello topmount freeride/freestyle, con leggero flex, carbonio, wheelbase corto e agile, kick rialzati e gas pedal, cosa chiedere di più? Le dimensioni e le forme sono studiate in modo estremamente funzionale; il tutto la rende una tavola polivalente che permette di raggiungere buone velocità ma soprattutto di imparare molti trick. Il vantaggio dei kick si sente soprattutto quando si gira in città: si possono sorpassare piccoli ostacoli e imperfezioni del suolo con pochi sforzi e inventare combo per salire o scendere marciapiedi. Questo modello è stato testato con truck Paris, carvosi e morbidi, ideali per slide e trick freestyle e successivamente con un set di Bear 852, più stabili e precisi in velocità e nel freeride.
